Technical Support hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM*
Neither department closes for the lunch hour.
*If you call after 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM on Saturday, and do not use the technical support extension, your call will not be responded to until billing resumes operations.
