  • First, go to http://mail.tisd.net and log in using your User ID and Password for an existing TISD email account. (Note that your User ID is only what appears before "@tisd.net" [Example: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - The User ID is fakeuser.] Otherwise, it will not authenticate if you enter the full email address.
  • Once you are logged in, it will show your folder list. Select the folder the messages you want to delete are in by clicking on the name of the folder. This will list your messages in that folder.
  • Simply check the boxes next to the messages that you want to delete, then click the Delete button at the bottom of the page. This will move the selected messages to the Trash folder.
  • The messages will remain in the Trash folder for the set retention period, which is by default seven days.
  • To permanently delete the messages immediately, go into the Trash folder by clicking Folders at the top, and selecting the Trash folder by clicking its name out of the folder list.
  • Once again, check the boxes next to the messages that you want to permanently delete, then click the Delete button at the bottom of the page. This will permanently delete the selected messages, and cannot be undone.
