  • Click the Apple Menu in the upper-left corner of your screen, then go down and click on System Preferences.
  • In System Preferences, click on Network.
  • In the Network window, on the left side, you should see an interface named either Ethernet or Built-In Ethernet. Click on it to highlight it.
  • On the right side, change Configure IPv4 from Using DHCP to Manually. This will allow you to change the information below.
  • Enter your IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router (or Gateway), and DNS (enter the DNS Servers as one followed by a comma, then the other) i.e. [,] to the appropriate values. You do not need Search Domains. Each IP address is unique to each customer. If you do not have this information, please contact our technical support with account verification to obtain it.
  • Once you have the information entered, click Apply.
  • You can now close the Network window. Open Safari or other browser to verify your connection is working.
